"Almost all of the students said that they were nervous at first because they'd never experienced a child with special needs," said Michelle Rigney, Mount Carmel Academy Admissions Director and adviser of the Ambassadors. "But, they said they were best friends by the end of the hunt."

Together with the high school women, St. Michael's students decorated cookies, designed picture frames, participated in games such as basketball and golf, and had their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny. By the end of the program, they had also performed the "Bunny Hop" dance.
