"It's good for the St. Michael's students because they don't go on many field trips," continued Rigney. "They get to ride a bus and eat lunch at a big girl school. It's good for the Mount Carmel girls because not all students interact with disabled individuals. It's a good life lesson for them. It teaches them tolerance and patience."
