OPTION 1: Return your registration form via E-MAIL
1. Open the registration form (Word doc) and type your info into the form.
2. Save the form on your PC and then email it (as an attachment) to Finances@mcacubs.org
OPTION 2: Return the form by mail, fax, or in person:
1. Print the form (PDF file) and complete it by hand.
2. Bring the completed form to the school office, fax it, or mail it to:
