One of the required duties of a Minister is to be a Come Lord Jesus leader amongst the freshmen class. These senior Ministers, along with other seniors, use their experience throughtout their years at Mount Carmel to demonstrate their faithfulness to God to the younger students who are yearning for a spiritual path to follow. 
Each gathering is led off by prayer and petitions, followed by a reading from the Bible. Afterwards, the girls reflect on what was said in the scripture and how it affects their lives. The girls then discuss the deeper meanings within the scripture and are asked questions relating the verses to their relationships, situations, and other aspects of their lives. |
